The Pie-X Multi-Service Center Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to welcome and support organizations working in the areas of intellectual disabilities and the autism spectrum, as well as community and social service organizations.

Located in the former Saint-Pie X Church in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, the center offers rental spaces to accommodate organizations that, unfortunately, no longer have a place to carry out their activities.
